October is known for many things in New England – cool weather, changing leaves, and Halloween costumes. What’s October best known for on the farm? Pumpkins!

’Tis the season of the pumpkin and whatever you like to do with them – whether it be baking, carving, painting, decorating, or just enjoying! Are you looking for a new pumpkin recipe to try this season? Maybe a pumpkin smoothie is the thing for you! In need of inspiration for painting your pumpkins? We’ll be hosting our own pumpkin celebration at Chip-in Farm on Friday, October 14th at 4:00 PM. Participants will take a tractor ride through our fields to search for the perfect sugar pumpkin to bring home. Sign up on Eventbrite! Each ticket includes one sugar pumpkin.
